Debbie Weathers

Debbie came to Southern Belle Organics in 2019 with over 27 years in the produce industry. Her career started in textiles and with the implementation of NAFTA, the jobs in her area moved out of the US. In produce, she has been in all aspects behind the scenes, including software management, working in and then managing grower accounting, accounts payable and receivables and ultimately senior accounting director. Her current role gives her visibility in every aspect of the business and helps guide the current and future growth of our business entities. Debbie enjoys time with her family and plenty beach time.
